Finally! The pledge manager is here!

Hey, Pirates!

The time has come to make your way over to the pledge manager to get your games shipped. You’ll be able to select what language you want and extend your order for 20% off every extra game purchased. The pledge manager will be open until 10 January 2023, so you’ll have plenty of time to prepare your order, but you must complete the survey before the deadline.

The link to the pledge manager survey (from Backerkit) has been sent to the email you used to back the Kickstarter campaign. If you've not received it yet, please check your spam folder. If you didn't receive the email you can enter your Kickstarter email here: https://lyingpirates.backerkit.com/

Because of the low demand for the base game variant, we decided not to include this purchase option in the pledge manager; we hope this will result in an even faster production so that we can get the game into your hands as soon as possible. Those of you who pledged for it will be able to keep it or upgrade to the Deluxe version.

Ahoy, pirates!

A month has passed since we last saw each other at sea and we miss you all! Just a heads-up: we’ll be opening up the pledge manager next week, giving you an update on production, and our illustrator Srdjan is working on some other goodies.

If you’re not familiar with how the pledge manager works, Cpt Lucas will make a short video explaining the simple steps you need to take :)

In the meantime feel free to ask us questions. We’ll be responding as quickly as possible so don’t hesitate!

The pledge manager will open in a couple of weeks. You will receive an email from Backerkit asking you to fill out the survey and add your shipping information etc.  You’ll be able to choose what language(s) you prefer and upgrade or add games to your pledge as well.

NEWS ALERT!

Due to some requests, we have added a new pledge for our superfans out there. 6 x Deluxe Edition for a discounted price. This pledge is not for retailers, it’s for those of you who feel like purchasing extra games to give away to friends and family. We have limited this to 10 pledges, first come, first serve!

Can’t wait to end this campaign with a bang and deliver the wildest dice game of the century to all you fantastic people around the globe!

We're sad to say that our campaign is soon coming to an end, but there's still a chance for you to get on board if you haven't already. ⚓️

First the bad news (for us) : Currency Inflation! 

It seems like we're cursed with the Swedish currency losing a lot of value towards the Euro and US dollar lately. The effect of this is that almost all countries and currencies will end up with a discount in the area of 4-6 Euros per game in comparison to what we estimated when we launched the campaign. 

Now for the good news: Stretch Goal Announcement!

Action Cards Tuck Box (with room for sleeves) 4.000.000 SEK 🚀 (≈$360k or €370k)
 As a way to try to make up for the ~ $25000 currency loss, we have decided to announce this last stretch goal. We will make a beautiful hand-drawn tuck box for the action cards to make it even more complete. Remember that even if you have already made your pledge, you can increase it by overshooting your original pledge amount with a “Bonus support”. All pirates are welcome to join in!

Backerkit 🖤

Shortly after the campaign ends, a survey will be sent out from Backerkit. You have to reply to that survey to receive your pledge.

The Backerkit Pledge Manager will open a couple of weeks after the campaign has ended and It will allow you to:

• Upgrade your pledge and/or add more games to your pledge.
• Choose what language you prefer for each game in your pledge.
• Add your address, and be able to change it, until fulfillment starts.
