Lying Pirates is a first-to-finish dice game for 2-6 players. A thrilling race for the pirate throne which lasts 10-15 min/player.
The mechanics are inspired by the classic game of liar's dice. We've taken the best parts and combined them with some new twists and turns to give you an experience that is fast, entertaining, and easy to play with tiles, action cards, special dice, and more.
We created more than 200 hand-drawn components, all have a unique style that make every piece a delight to linger upon. All illustrations from tiles to coasters were crafted by Srdjan Vidakovic, an award-winning artist and designer from Serbia.
Thanks to interchangeable tiles, there are over a million different ways to create your own sea map. Once you've mastered the game, you can rebuild the sea and set sail again. Every game is unique and full of surprises.

We’re so grateful to all of you who have supported us on this journey. We want to keep going and going, and because of your support we can! We will send out STL files (after the campaign ends) to all backers, add one extra tile explanation in the box, and include Captain abilities in the game.
But we’re not done yet. Another stretch goal has been revealed. The next goal will give all backers 10% off shipping. We’re hoping to be able to offer even more than that, but for now, this is all we can say.
Shipping will be charged after the campaign ends in the pledge manager where you’ll also be able to choose language preference 🇬🇧🇫🇷🇪🇸🇮🇹🇩🇪, upgrade or add games to your pledge—you won’t have to pay double shipping if you add more games to your pledge in the pledge manager.

New Captain Coaster: Meet Captain Aurora! This mystical queen from the depths of the sea has been turned half-human. She sails the high seas, looking for her next pray. Don’t let her beauty fool you—she’s a Siren with an appetite for revenge.
New Captain Coaster: Fang is a powerful captain from the east who collects beasts and creatures. She’s a master at taming them and wheeling them to her will.
New Tile: The Sea Serpent is a mythological creature resembling a reptile or dragon that inhabits the ocean and has tormented sailors and fishermen for ages. The Sea Serpent is known for its capability of destruction.
New Cards: Three additional cards will be included in the Creature Pack.
